NutraWomen Wednesday: Fawn Lopez, SourceOne Global Partners

Lopez served in executive leadership roles at Modern Healthcare where she used her position to become a guiding voice for women and minorities in leadership. Many of those experiences inspired her to author “UNSTOPPABLE: Inspiring Stories of Perseverance, Triumph, and Joy From Trailblazing Women in Healthcare.”

“For those who don't know my background, I am a Vietnamese refugee from the Vietnam War. My family and I made the hard decision to come to the US before the fall of Saigon in 1975. So I've been here almost 50 years,” said Lopez. “Being a refugee had a profound impact on the path that my career has taken. It instilled in me essential qualities like adaptability, resilience, and unwavering determination to persevere in the face of adversity.”

Lopez added that those early experiences taught her the resilience she needed to break down gender and racial barriers in the workforce. At SourceOne, Lopez’s role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities focused on implementing innovative systems and processes that support the company’s global expansion. A big part of her role at SourceOne is bridging the gap between pharmacy brands and nutraceutical solutions.
