Sweet Potato Juice: Clean Label Sweetener
Sweet potato juice concentrate allows replacement of many conventional sugars that have fallen out of favor today, including high fructose corn syrup. SPJC’s pleasing aroma, flavor notes, color, and viscosity are compatible with fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, baked goods, and vegetable oils. This clean label ingredient may also be used as a direct or partial replacement for high fructose corn syrup in products like ketchup, sauces, beverages, and marinades. It also provides other clean label benefits by displacing thickeners and emulsifiers while imparting a pleasing flavor and color.
