Probiota Americas 2023, hosted by NutraIngredients-USA at the Westin Chicago River North in Chicago, June 14-16, will feature world-leading experts to present the latest scientific, technical, regulatory, business, and market insights.

The three-day conference takes a magnifying glass to all-things microbiome-related, what areas are growing, and in which direction.

Macro and micro insights…

Day 1 (June 14) kicks off with a view of the market, with perspectives from Stephen Daniells, PhD, Editor-in-Chief of NutraIngredients-USA and Editorial Consultant for Probiota Americas, and Scott Dicker, Market Insights Director for SPINS.

This is followed by our Probiota CEO panel featuring Afif Ghannoum, CEO of BIOHM Health, Aubrey Levitt, CEO of Postbiotics Plus Research, Caroline Carralero, CEO of Nouri, and Jim Emme, CEO of NOW.

The conference then shifts gears and dives into the brave new world of Postbiotics, with presentations from Dr. Gabriel Vinderola from the National University of Litoral and CONICET (Argentina) on “Postbiotics: Where Things Stand, Opportunities and Knowledge Gaps” and Chyn Boon Wong from Morinaga Milk Industry on “Postbiotic LAC-Shield: Always Adapting in an Evolving World”.

Gabriel will also join a panel discussion that also features Aubrey Levitt, Jordi Riera from Kaneka Probiotics, and Adam Hertell from Cargill Health Technologies.

Day 1 finishes with a fascinating keynote presentation from Dr. Andrew Benson, Director of the Nebraska Food for Health Center, University of Nebraska, on the topic of how the genetic diversity within species of food crops can have substantial effects on the human gut microbiome.

Along with the engaging and insightful content over the three days, you can also view our Scientific Frontiers posters, pop by the Probiota Pioneers hub and take part in our Wellness Program.
